Weight Training

I am currently doing Ryan Miller’s Growth Stimulus Training (GST).

Prior to this I completed several introductory 5×5 powerlifting routines and some German Volume Training. What I like most about GST is I am still training hard on the big lifts (Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift) but there is plenty of variation in sets/reps and accessory movements so I can work on weak points and constantly mix up my training.

I use the Headspace App, currently going through the basics courses. I changed from the Calm App as I didn’t want to pay for an entire 12 months up front and so far Headspace looks to be the goods
