Training 17th March 2018

This workout felt easy and I had a huge appetite for the work, not sure what happened but it’s Saturday and I trained just after 10am instead of 5am so that’s my guess. If this keeps up I might start training in the evenings.

I’m also on a roll with Headspace (Meditation and mindfulness app) and have actually done 10 days in a row before sleep and it’s been a huge help
